A lot of kids nowadays are scared to death, when it comes to dentist offices. It is a good thing that dentists are good in making children feel safe and tells them that they are only there to help. When my son was experiencing a toothache, he was crying because he is scared of going to the dentist. Our family dentist specializes in Pediatric dentistry, he has a way of making kids comfortable. I was smiling when my son finally agreed to have his tooth treated. He and the dentist talked for a short while and the “little operation started”.

It will only hurt a little, that is what he told him and he said that big boys like him should not be afraid of a little sting. After the tooth was taken care of, my son was smiling again. And the funny thing was he has a tooth missing as he smiled, well it will eventually grow back again in due time. Now I’m sure that if the same problem happens again, he will personally tell me to accompany him to visit the dentist. Wouldn’t that be a surprise?
